Terms and conditions

1. Prices are FOB India.  The lead time shown above is an estimate only, provided for your convenience, and is subject to clearance by US customs and USDA.

2. Quotations expire thirty (30) days from the date of issuance and can be withdrawn by written notice anytime during that time.

3. Shipping fees are quotes that are subject to fluctuate by carriers without notice.

4. There is a 25% fee for any orders that are cancelled after the receipt of a deposit. The fee increases to 50% if the order has proceeded through the initial phase of construction.

5. Stephanie Odegard inspects all product before it is released for shipment out of India. Purchaser must examine all Products upon receipt and take images and videos of opening the crates.  Insurance claims can NOT be filed without images and videos.

6. All shipping will be for curb side deliveries. Please note there might be a need to use a screw driver or arrange for professional help with the unpacking.

7. Production and Shipping Times: Please note that the production time for our items is 8-12 weeks, and the shipping time is also 8-12 weeks. Please take these timelines into account when placing your order. We will provide you with regular updates on the status of your order, including expected production and shipping times.
